Do the same with real estate and try to buy and return a cheap apartment or condo (easier but still difficult).
Learn Google AdWords for 100 hours (or just hire someone who knows) and invest $ 50,000 in Google AdWords campaigns to generate $ 500,000 in sales.

Today I want to open the black box that Google AdWords is to most people and show you what it is, how to start, and how to reverse engineer it to be successful.
If you know the costs and margins of your products, AdWords is a very easy way to get your money’s worth, often with a return on investment of several hundred percentage points.

My bread and butter is in SEO. The first thing I start growing a new website is content and links. This is the first strategy I usually recommend.
Except when you need results now.
SEO + content is powerful. Simply put: It is the most profitable way to scale a website in the long run. But it takes time. It takes a little patience.
AdWords is the opposite.
You can get started in less than an hour (and you can also edit ads easily). And if you do it right (read the rest of this guide), you can start generating new sales at the end of the hour.
And the best? It works.

We’ve already talked about PPC (Advertising Pay-Per-View). It differs from other advertising models (like standard CPM or CPM ads) in that you do not pay for eyeballs. Instead, you pay for results.
No results? No clicks, leads or sales? You do not pay. So simple.
But that is not the only advantage.
When people go to Google, they search for something specific. That means they have an intention. They are actively looking for something to buy. They literally say what they want to buy by writing words around your products and services.
That’s why Google AdWords is so powerful (and profitable). There is no better form of SEM (search engine marketing) out there.
Of all the $ 3 spent on online advertising, Google receives $ 1. Advertising is their largest source of revenue.
More than 95% of their $ 60 billion in annual revenue comes from Google AdWords. Combine that with the fact that over 1 million companies use it and you know that companies are seriously spending money on it.
